Hi, I’m Annie—mom of four, lifelong clean-freak, and the founder of The Cleaning Witch. With over six years of hands-on cleaning experience, I started this business in July 2022, not just out of passion—but out of necessity and heart.
When my in-laws came to Calgary from Ukraine to escape the war, my mother-in-law joined me in starting the business. Sadly, she was soon diagnosed with cancer and could no longer work. Instead of closing our doors, I made the decision to keep going and help other Ukrainian women—especially those who didn’t speak English and were struggling to find work.
A Mission Rooted in Purpose
The Cleaning Witch quickly grew—thanks to our amazing clients and an incredible team of women who care deeply about doing a great job. We’ve become one of the fastest-growing cleaning companies in Calgary, and we’ve stayed true to our mission:
