Disclaimer: As we offer deep cleaning, our machine is a commercial portable machine. This is not a truck mounted service so be aware we will need access to water and electricity. For houses with furniture the owner will be in charge of removing the small furniture and should put it back after 4 hours. If you would like to move heavy furniture, you should wait 24 hours after the service is done. Stains and areas are quoted according to some standards but a full evaluation will be done by the team on site and extra fees could apply if the stains or a y reas weren't described accurately. We can't guarantee the stains will disappear 100%, we use 3 different types of products but it depends on how long the stain has been on the carpet, in case of dog urine depends if it is male or female. The carpet has fibers and these are pigmented over time therefore we guarantee the carpet is clean but we can't guarantee it won't be pigmented as that is a definite change of the fibers. In just a few situations when the carpet hasn't been clean in a long time the hot water could bring stains to the top that were not visible before. That is a normal situation and we won't know until the carpet is dry. We can't go back as a guarantee because the manufacturer recommended that you clean your carpet every year. We will definitely come back if we have cleaned your carpet in the last 2 years. Please let me know if you have any questions about it. For Carpet cleaning Only service we require full payment prior cleaning. For carpet cleaning plus home cleaning we require 50% advance deposit to be able to book the appointment.
