Service Description
Why choose us? We are not cutting corners, we don't charge for add-ons or pet fees, we will scrub until it sparkles. What's included? All areas: •Scrubbing baseboards, doors, door frames. •Cleaning all lamps and fans. (Cleaning inside the ceiling lamps if possible. ) •Complete clean of windows and glass patio doors, including steam cleaning rails. •Spot clean walls. •All closets. •Vacuuming and mopping all floors. Kitchen: •Full clean of hood fan including filters. •Comprehensive clean of lamp fixtures. •Full clean of fridge, even the top! •Full clean of oven, including door (if it's possible to disassemble) •Pull out of oven and fridge, cleaning inside and outside of all appliances. •Complete clean of cupboards (inside, outside, top) •Wipe dishwasher door inside and outside. •Complete clean of sink, removal of calcium buildup if needed. •Scrubbing baseboards, doors, door frames. •Full clean of pantry. •Spot clean walls. Bathroom: •Complete clean including removal of calcium buildup from sink, toilet and bathtub/shower. •Inside and outside of cupboards , •Ceiling fans and lamps. •Spot clean walls and ceiling if needed. •Scrubbing baseboards, doors, door frames. Laundry: •Clean inside and outside of washer and dryer (steaming/bleaching silicon ring). •Pull out to clean behind if possible •Scrubbing baseboards, doors, door frames. •Clean of ceiling lamps, •Spot clean walls. Other: •Blinds washing (every house is different with different blinds and cleaning needs, washing blinds is included in the Move out cleaning but the time estimate might increase depending on the amount of blinds and blinds type). By request: •Patio (weather permitting ) •Garage sweep •Grout cleaning We calculate by square footage; Approximate time frame with a team of 2: •500-999 sqft: 5+ hrs •1000-1499 sqft: 6+ hrs •1500-2499 sqft: 7+ hrs •2500-3000 sqft: 8+ hrs Note: timings are just an estimate , final cleaning time will depend on different factors (oven buildup, calcium buildup, quantity of windows and blinds, etc). For us to work fast and efficiently please make sure the house is empty of furniture and personal belongings. Deposit is required to book a move out clean and a card on file/full payment upon arrival. Please contact us to obtain an estimate according to your house size and cleaning needs.
Cancellation Policy
WE DO NOT CHARGE FLAT RATES. All services are billed per hour, per cleaner, at the rate discussed with your booking specialist or the applicable rate below. Any time provided when booking is an estimate only. If your appointment takes longer than estimated, you will be charged for the actual hours worked by the cleaning team. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the estimated appointment cost. For new clients, please contact us for an approximate quote based on your home size and cleaning needs. Regular Rates (unless a promotion or different rate was previously agreed) Residential Deep Cleaning: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Move-In/Move-Out: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Residential Basic Cleaning: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Recurring Residential (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly): $49/hr/cleaner + GST Commercial Cleaning: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Quotes and website prices are estimates only. Your final invoice is based on the applicable hourly rate, number of cleaners and actual time worked. Depending on our schedule, we may send additional cleaners, which reduces the time spent at your property. Billing is based on total labour hours. All new clients must have a valid card on file to book any service. We accept e-transfer or cheque. Credit card payments are available upon request and are subject to a 3% processing fee. Please contact us to enable credit card payment. No cash payments. If our team arrives but cannot access the property, a $90 + GST no-show fee applies. This includes incorrect entry codes/keys, no answer at the door, or being unable to reach you. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the appointment date. Late payments are subject to a $1.50/day late fee. By booking, you agree to the pricing, cancellation, access and payment conditions above.
