Why choose us? We are not cutting corners, we don't charge for add-ons or pet fees, fast and reliable. Do you need a fast, budget friendly Move out clean ASAP? We are here to help! What's included? All areas: •Wipe/dust baseboards, doors and windowsills. •Dusting ceiling fans. •Cleaning of windows glass (rails not included) •All closets wipe and floor. •Vacuuming and mopping all floors. Kitchen: •Full clean of fridge, even the top! •Full clean of oven (not including inside of door/disassembling door) •Complete clean of cupboards (inside, outside, top) countertops and backsplash. •Wipe dishwasher door inside and outside. •Complete clean of sink. •Wipe/dust baseboards and doors •Pantry floor (metal shelves not included) Bathroom: •Complete clean sink, toilet and bathtub/shower. •Inside and outside of cupboards , •Lamps wipe/dusting (not disassemble included) •Fans vacuuming (not disassemble included) •Wipe/dust baseboards and doors. Laundry: •Clean outside of washer and dryer (inside/pull out not included). •Cleaning baseboards and doors. NOT INCLUDED: The following items are not included in the Express Move out cleaning, if you wish to include them please let us know in advance or choose the Deluxe Move out clean. •Blinds cleaning •Removal of calcium build-up in faucets •Inside Kitchen Hood fan (filters) •Pull out of oven and fridge. •Ceiling lamps (Disassembling lamps to clean inside ) •Rails of windows. •Pull out of Washer and dryer •Inside of Washer and dryer •Spot clean walls. We calculate by square footage; Approximate time frame with a team of 2: •up to 700 sqft: 2.5+ hrs •700-999 sqft: 3+ hrs •1000-1499 sqft: 4+ hrs •1500-2499 sqft: 5+ hrs •2500-3000 sqft: 6+ hrs Note: timings are just an estimate , final cleaning time will depend on different factors . For us to work fast and efficiently please make sure the house is empty of furniture and personal belongings. Deposit is required to book a move out clean and a card on file/full payment upon arrival. Please contact us to obtain an estimate according to your house size and cleaning needs.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours will require 50% of the appointment cost. For new clients please contact us to provide an approximate quote according to your house size and specific cleaning needs. Our rates: (Unless a promotion was previously agreed) Residential Deep cleaning $55/hour/cleaner+gst. Move-in/Move-out cleaning $55/hour/cleaner+gst. Residential Basic cleaning $55/hour/cleaner+gst. Residential Recurrent clients (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) $49/hr/cleaner+gst. Commercial cleaning $55/hour/cleaner+gst The quote provided and prices on the website is an estimate only, the final price will be sent to you in an invoice after the cleaning job and will reflect the rate per hour and cleaning persons. Depending on the schedule of the day we might bring 1 or more extra person for the cleaning job that will reduce the cleaning time. For new clients, Deep cleaning and Move out cleanings a card on file is required to set an appointment. We accept payments by e-transfer or debit, for credit card payment we add 3% for processing fee, please message us to enable credit card payment option if you require it. For administrative purposes no cash please. If on the date of the appointment the cleaning crew arrive and they are not granted access (for example; code to enter home doesn't work and the attempt to contact you has failed, we cannot reach you, or if the door is not opened by you) there will be a No Show fee of $90.00+gst. All invoices must be paid within one week of the appointment date, any late payments will be added a late payment fee of $1.50 per day. By booking the appointment you agree with the price conditions mentioned above.
