Service Description

Monthly Cleaning: WHAT'S INCLUDED? BATHROOM • Sink thoroughly cleaned. • Tub and shower cleaned. • Toilets disinfected inside and out. • Vanity top cleaned and items dusted/washed. • Towel rack and toilet paper holder wiped. • Towels folded and arranged • Floor vacuumed and washed. • Baseboards cleaned/Walls spot cleaned. • Garbage bin emptied, wiped inside and outside. BEDROOMS • All areas dusted. • Mirrors shined. • Window sills/baseboards dusted. • Floors vacuumed and cleaned. • Door-knobs wiped and disinfected. ALL AREAS • All areas dusted. • Upholstered furniture vacuumed; Leather furniture wiped/dusted. • Window sills/baseboards dusted. • Vacuum under furniture within reason. • Fingerprints/spots washed from all doors and switchplates. • Mirrors shined. • Garbage bin emptied, wiped inside and outside. • Floors vacuumed and washed. KITCHEN • Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced). • Cabinet fronts spot cleaned. • Exterior of all appliances cleaned (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop). • Microwave cleaned inside and out. • Small appliances wiped/shined. • Window sills/baseboards dusted. • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected. • Tables and chairs dusted. ADD ONS • Bedsheets changed • Laundry folding Approximate time frame with a team of 2: • 500 - 1000 sqft: 2 hours • 1000 - 1500 sqft: 2-2.5 hours • 1500 - 2500 sqft: 2.5-3 hours • 2500 - 3000 sqft: 3-4 hours • 3000 - 4000+ sqft: 4-5+ hours Note: timings are just an estimate , final cleaning time will depend on different factors. A deep cleaning is required for first time clients. Please contact us to obtain an estimate according to your house size and cleaning needs. When you book an appointment you agree with this terms and conditions.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours will require 50% of the appointment cost. For new clients please contact us to provide an approximate quote according to your house size and specific cleaning needs. Our rates: (Unless a promotion was previously agreed) Residential Deep cleaning $45/hour/cleaner+gst. Move-in/Move-out cleaning $49/hour/cleaner+gst. Residential Basic cleaning $45/hour/cleaner+gst. Residential Recurrent clients (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) $42/hr/cleaner+gst. The quote provided is an estimate only, the final price will be sent to you in an invoice after the cleaning job and will reflect the rate per hour and cleaning persons. Depending on the schedule of the day we might bring 1 extra person for the cleaning job that will reduce the cleaning time by half. For new clients, Deep cleaning and Move out cleanings a card on file is required to set an appointment. We accept payments by e-transfer or debit/credit. For administrative purposes no cash please. If on the date of the appointment the cleaning crew arrive and they are not granted access (for example; code to enter home doesn't work and the attempt to contact you has failed, we cannot reach you, or if the door is not opened by you) there will be a No Show fee of $90.00+gst. All invoices must be paid within one week of the appointment date, any late payments will be added a late payment fee of $1.50 per day. By booking the appointment you agree with the price conditions mentioned above.
