Why choose us? We are not cutting corners, we don't charge for add-ons or pet fees, we will scrub until it sparkles. One Time Cleaning / Deep Cleaning: WHAT'S INCLUDED? BATHROOM • Tub and shower tiles thoroughly cleaned. • Sink and toilet thoroughly cleaned. • Ceiling lamps and fans cleaned. (disassembled if necessary) • Vanity top cleaned and items dusted/washed. • Towel rack and toilet paper holder wiped. • Towels folded and arranged • Baseboards washed, Walls spot cleaned. • Garbage bin emptied, wiped inside and outside. • Floor vacuumed and washed. BEDROOMS • Furniture (beds, dressers, etc) pulled out to clean and reach all areas (if possible). • Ceiling lamps and fans cleaned. (disassembled if necessary) • All areas dusted (all items removed and replaced). • Picture frames, glass, and mirrors shined. • Lampshades wiped or dusted. • Window sills and window frame washed. • Doors, door frames and baseboards washed. • Floors vacuumed and cleaned. ALL AREAS • All areas dusted (all items removed and replaced). • Upholstered furniture vacuumed; Leather furniture wiped/dusted. • Picture frames, Mirrors shined. • Window sills and window frame washed. • Ceiling lamps and fans cleaned. • Furniture (couches, tables, etc) pulled out to clean and reach all areas (if possible). • Doors, door frames and baseboards washed. • Garbage bin emptied, wiped inside and outside. • Floors vacuumed and washed. KITCHEN • Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced). • Cabinet fronts washed. • Exterior of all appliances cleaned (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop). • Microwave cleaned inside and out. • Small appliances wiped/shined. • Window sills/baseboards wiped. • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected. • Tables and chairs wiped. ADD ONS • Inside Oven cleaned • Inside fridge cleaned • Window cleaning (inside) • Blinds washed • Walls spot washed (crayons, hand prints) Approximate time frame with a team of 2: • 500 - 999 sqft: 3+ hours • 1000 - 1499 sqft: 4+ hours • 1500 - 2499 sqft: 5+ hours • 2500 - 2999 sqft: 6+ hours • 3000 - 4000+ sqft: 7+ hours Note: timings are just an estimate , final cleaning time will depend on different factors. Cancellation Policy
WE DO NOT CHARGE FLAT RATES. All services are billed per hour, per cleaner, at the rate discussed with your booking specialist or the applicable rate below. Any time provided when booking is an estimate only. If your appointment takes longer than estimated, you will be charged for the actual hours worked by the cleaning team. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the estimated appointment cost. For new clients, please contact us for an approximate quote based on your home size and cleaning needs. Regular Rates (unless a promotion or different rate was previously agreed) Residential Deep Cleaning: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Move-In/Move-Out: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Residential Basic Cleaning: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Recurring Residential (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly): $49/hr/cleaner + GST Commercial Cleaning: $55/hr/cleaner + GST Quotes and website prices are estimates only. Your final invoice is based on the applicable hourly rate, number of cleaners and actual time worked. Depending on our schedule, we may send additional cleaners, which reduces the time spent at your property. Billing is based on total labour hours. All new clients must have a valid card on file to book any service. We accept e-transfer or cheque. Credit card payments are available upon request and are subject to a 3% processing fee. Please contact us to enable credit card payment. No cash payments. If our team arrives but cannot access the property, a $90 + GST no-show fee applies. This includes incorrect entry codes/keys, no answer at the door, or being unable to reach you. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the appointment date. Late payments are subject to a $1.50/day late fee. By booking, you agree to the pricing, cancellation, access and payment conditions above.
